I’ve studied painting in oil, gouache, and acrylic, and enjoy moving between realistic scenes and more abstract explorations of form and color. Vivid hues and bold contrast are common themes of my work, but I’m also drawn to experimenting with mixing media to create unexpected depth and texture.

I’ve layered graphite on top of acrylic, splattered bleach for surprise effects and added metallic marker for some shimmer. A balance of control and curiosity is where the magic happens for me.
