Like the perfect pasta dish or an NBA championship team, success comes down to how the pieces work together. The best vodka sauce deserves fresh penne. A player chasing individual stats isn't leading a team to a title. I've always believed the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and I bring that same Virgo level meticulousness to the teams I build, the brands I shape, and whatever's happening in my kitchen.

Speaking of teams, I build ones that people actually want to be on. The best ideas come from people who feel supported, challenged, and empowered to contribute, so I prioritize collaboration, mentorship, and trust within internal teams and with clients. I'm just as happy setting a brand's high level vision as I am rolling up my sleeves to get things done.

My ~appreciation for order~ has found an outlet over the past 16+ years, creating holistic brand experiences across TV, digital, social, print, major conventions, and even a large scale sports stadium activation. My career has been rooted primarily in health and wellness, but I've worked on everything from laundry detergent to high-science oncology brands. Whatever the category, my goal is the same: create brand experiences that are clear and meaningful.

Outside of work, I’m into distance running. Four marathons have taught me a lot about creative leadership: show up consistently, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and don't quit when things get hard. Then again, I've been a Knicks fan since the 90s, so having faith and endurance predates my running career.

And if none of that tells you enough about me, you'll probably find me unwinding with anything on Bravo. I do have one bone to pick with James Kennedy though: for me, it is about the pasta.
